Outlandish Events was honored to style this first birthday party as we also did the mom’s baby shower (Ready to Pop) around a year ago! So when I was asked to plan the baby’s first birthday party, it was only a pleasure for us to take on this task.

The theme was ” You are my sunshine” and our color scheme was bright pink and yellow with a bit of chevron here and there as well as some polka dots. My client wanted a very vibrant atmosphere and I feel we have achieved that if you have a look at the below photos.

We are lucky that the weather was great and yes it did stick to our theme!! Lots of sunshine! We used sunflowers and pink gerberas for centerpieces. I will let the photos speak for itself 🙂 We also set up a photo-booth with lots of props for our guests to make use of.

Photography done by Blowfish Photo and our bee cake pops, biscuits and cupcakes were all done by our talented Tanya (Tanya’s Cupcake Cafe). Face painting done by Butterfly Face Painting.

All design and printables (Invitations, Banners, labels, thank you cards etc.. ) done by Outlandish Events.
