Hello everyone! Hope you are all keeping safe and staying home. I can’t believe that I didn’t share this Rustic Glam 40th Birthday party we styled a while back in 2019 – funny thing is I came across these photos exactly one year later!

Rustic Glam 40th Birthday Party

I remember planning Rustic Glam 40th Birthday Party from around November 2018. Like I always say it’s always a good idea to plan your events months in advance. This way, you can’t miss anything and you have enough time to think of all the things that could possibly go wrong and cover all your bases (well, we never predicted the coronavirus pandemic :P).

The colour palette my client chose were yellow and pink – which was so bright and beautiful and completely reflected her fun personality. Her theme for the night was Choose Happy which was perfectly reflected by the choice of colours. I must say for 40, she looks amazing and her attitude to life is even more so. I loved working with her on this gorgeous party. Have a look at her out of this world outfit!

So with the rustic glam theme, we wanted lots of wood and also string bulb lights over the tables. My client wanted a picnic set up for her friends however we needed a normal table set up for the elderly. A grazing table was a must for this event and served as a starter for guests.

Our balloon garland was epic – again, I love the yellow and pinks. It was really gorgeous.
