After months of planning, re-planning, venue changes and guests reductions due to the dreadful Covid19 Pandemic, we are pleased to have been able to plan, design and co-ordinate this beautiful intimate White and Gold Wedding Reception and Ceremony for our lovely couple. The pandemic didn’t make our luxury wedding planning any easier but we are so overjoyed at the outcome of this luxury high end wedding despite the numerous changes we have had to endure.

We worked with a beautiful hotel and villa in the heart of Sandton who were very accommodating to both myself and my clients needs. We had the ceremony set up at the beautiful Villa section of the hotel and the wedding reception at the actual hotel. The venue gives the vibe of a holiday destination thus makes one feel very relaxed while planning a wedding – of all things! The venue offered my team and I the whole Villa (at no cost) a day before the wedding so that we could do all of our flower preparations on site amongst other planning necessities. It is this type of service that we appreciate and in turn refer our future clients towards.

Intimate White & Gold Wedding Reception & Ceremony

My clients for this wedding wanted a clean and intimate white and gold wedding reception and ceremony with lots of white flowers and greenery. For the ceremony, we custom designed the structure where the vows were to be exchanged. We adorned our gold infrastructure in beautiful lush florals complimented by more flowers on each side. Rose petals filled the personalised aisle creating a romantic vibe.

The wedding reception consisted of touches of crystal decor elements to compliment the overall gold and white wedding palette. Our high end tables and chairs were the perfect combination to bring this wedding set up to life. The crystal decor worked so well with the lighting as I love the reflection it gives at night thus creating a completely different atmosphere. The reception area was also designed for the after party to take place later in the evening. A relaxed environment was created for the outdoor area where all the guests could party late into the night.

From dance-floor, lighting, staging and furniture, Outlandish Events covered all the aspects of this intimate White and Gold Wedding Reception and Ceremony to ensure that our bride and groom, as well as their families, had complete peace of mind during the planning process as well as on the wedding day. All the personalised stationery for the ceremony and reception were designed by Outlandish Events as well providing a full end to end luxury wedding planning service.

All COVID19 protocols and regulations were adhered to during the production of this luxury wedding as well as on the day of the wedding.
